Booking & ordering
How far in advance do I need to book?
We ask for at least 72 hours notice so we can schedule delivery and prepare your items. For Airbnb or home deliveries we may need a bit more lead time to coordinate with the host. Last-minute requests? Text us — we do our best.
Can I build a custom bundle?
Absolutely. Our four packages cover the most common needs, but if you want a specific combination text or email us at hello@nestawayatl.com and we'll put together a custom quote. We're happy to add or swap items.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We'll send a confirmation once received.

Delivery & setup
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery and pickup are $25 for 0–10 miles from Atlanta, $40 for 11–20 miles, and $55 for 21–30 miles. This covers both the drop-off and the pickup at the end of your stay. Beyond 30 miles, text us for a quote.
Do you set everything up when you deliver?
Yes — always. Setup is included in every rental. We assemble every item, confirm it's safe and functioning, and don't leave until you're happy with the placement. This is what separates us from companies that just drop gear at the door.
Can you deliver to an Airbnb or private home?
Yes — and we require host or hotel contact details before we can fully confirm your booking and charge the deposit. Just like other rental delivery services, we contact your Airbnb host, hotel front desk, or property manager directly to coordinate access and a delivery window. Once access is confirmed with the property, we send you an updated booking confirmation with your finalized delivery time. The gear will be assembled and ready before you check in — you don't need to be there.

Safety & cleanliness
How is the gear cleaned between rentals?
Every item is cleaned with hospital-grade enzymatic solution and treated with a UV-C sanitizing wand. Fabric components are washed separately. We photograph everything before delivery and send you photos and a short video so you can see your clean gear before it arrives.
Is the gear checked for safety recalls?
Yes. Every item in our fleet is verified against the CPSC recall database monthly. Any recalled item is immediately removed from rotation. We also retire any gear older than 3 years regardless of condition.
What if something breaks or gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected and covered. For significant damage we assess case by case — we're reasonable and we know accidents happen with babies. We photograph gear before every delivery and pickup so there's no confusion about what occurred during the rental.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?

1. Rental period & delivery
The rental period begins at delivery and ends at the scheduled pickup time. NestAway ATL delivers, assembles, and confirms all items are safe before leaving. You are responsible for all items from delivery until NestAway ATL completes pickup. Late extensions require 12 hours notice and are billed at the nightly rate per item.
2. Payment & cancellation
$35 deposit charged once property access is confirmed. Cancel 7+ days before — full $35 refunded. Cancel within 7 days — $25 refunded ($10 covers prep already done). Remaining balance charged automatically 24 hours before delivery. No in-person payment ever accepted.
3. Condition of equipment
All items are inspected, cleaned with hospital-grade enzymatic solution, UV-C sanitized, and photographed before every delivery. You agree to use items only for their intended purpose, keep gear indoors, and immediately notify NestAway ATL by text at (470) 876-5164 if any item is damaged or functioning abnormally.
4. Damage & replacement fees
Normal wear is expected and not charged. You are responsible for damage beyond normal use. Damage is assessed at pickup using before/after photos — NestAway ATL will notify you within 48 hours. Fees never exceed replacement cost of the item. Minor scuffs, normal fabric wear, and pre-documented marks are never charged.

5. Safety & recall compliance
NestAway ATL checks all items against the CPSC recall database monthly and retires any item older than 3 years. You are responsible for using all items per manufacturer guidelines and supervising children at all times. If any item seems unsafe, stop use immediately and contact us.
6. Limitation of liability & governing law
NestAway ATL's total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the current booking. NestAway ATL is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.
